Dear Families,
It’s an exciting time for our fifth grade students, and the Fifth Grade Events Committee wants to make it a year to remember. The Committee is focused on fundraising; while some of the fifth grade’s events will be partially funded by the PTO, we will need to raise additional resources to cover the full expense.
What exactly will our fundraising cover? A yearbook for every 5th grader, end-of-year class field trip, commemorative Angier gear, silly string ceremony, teacher gifts, class parties, a class gift to the school, and miscellaneous celebrations and activities along the way.
In addition to the upcoming fundraisers, we are asking each family to please consider a $125 per child donation today to help cover the cost of these planned activities, events, and swag; or give another amount more comfortable for your situation. If you are able, you may contribute more to help defray the costs for other families. No student will be excluded from any gift or activity due to a lack of donation.
