This week at Angier
- Oct. 13 – NO SCHOOL – Indigenous People’s Day
Dear Angier Families,
Welcome October! Hopefully by now everyone is settled into their new routines, and everyone has wonderful plans this month to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Thank you to Hina Kaleem for planning our beautiful Echo Bridge Nature Walk earlier this afternoon!
October is Principal Appreciation month–If you see a principal you love (Dr. H), give her a high five! And this past Tuesday was National Custodial Worker Recognition Day. We have some of the best in the business working at Angier: Jose, Marc, and Cameron. They work hard and with so much heart to make sure that Angier is a well-maintained, friendly environment for our students.
TABLES ARE SET!
Welcome back to the beloved annual Angier Community Dinner! This tradition is a progressive dinner, with appetizers and dinner hosted by Angier families, followed by dessert as a full community at the Windsor Club.
- Click here for more information and to register. Don’t delay–This is sure to sell out!
- Note this is an adults only event! Get those babysitters or sleepunders booked!
HANDBOOK IS HERE
The 2025-2026 Angier School Handbook AND Directory are now available online! A huge thank you to Emily Egan for her hard work on these important resources! A big congratulations to the winners of the Handbook and Directory cover art contest! The beautiful drawings by Ava O’Connor (former 5th grader) and Ava Zomorrodi (3rd grader) are featured on the Handbook and Directory covers, respectively.
Check them out: Angier Handbook and Angier Directory! The Handbook is a great resource for answering all of your Angier-related questions, and the Directory is your one-stop shop for sending birthday party invitations and planning play dates!
- A limited number of print copies of the Handbook will be available in the school office in the coming weeks. If you would like a PDF copy of the directory, please email angierdirectory@angierpto.org.
